This site is a work in progress as the Political Engagement Project continues
to grow here at Illinois State University. There are certain elements at ISU that make this endeavor possible.
One of these elements is the dedication and creativity of the School of Communication Graduate Assistants that taught Communication
110 this past year and for those who will follow in their footsteps. Another element is the support of the School
of Communication department lead by Dr. Larry Long. Probably the most important element is Dr. Steve Hunt, ISU
Carnegie Fellow for Political Engagement and Co-Director of COM 110, who inspires students to seek knowledge and opportunities
for success. His leadership and dedication to his students makes this new frontier in education a success. Years
from now students will be the leaders of our country and those touched by the PEP project will make the country proud.
